This policy applies to all personal data collected through our website, marketing activities, client engagements, talent casting, and any other interaction with Haus. We handle your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data We Collect We may collect your name, email address, phone number and contact details, professional information including job title and company, portfolio links or images submitted in response to casting calls, information about your children if submitted for family casting opportunities, correspondence with our team, and website usage data including IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How We Use Your Data We use your data to respond to enquiries and manage client relationships, assess talent submissions and manage casting processes, deliver our creative and advertising services, send relevant communications where you have opted in, comply with legal obligations, and improve our website and services.

4. Legal Basis for Processing We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity, legitimate interests, your consent where explicitly given, and legal obligation. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing Your Data We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who support our operations, clients and production partners where necessary to deliver a project, and legal or regulatory authorities where required by law.

6. Data Retention Client and project data is retained for up to six years. Talent and casting submissions are retained for up to twelve months. Marketing correspondence is retained for up to two years. Website analytics data is retained in anonymised form for up to twenty-six months. Data is securely deleted once no longer required.

7. Your Rights Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. 11. Children’s Data Where we collect data relating to children in connection with casting or production, we do so only with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 for any other purpose.
